Playful, sophisticated and witty are some of the adjectives that come to mind when describing the work of Isabelle Dervaux. An accomplished illustrator who brings her unique perspective to commercial assignments from broadcast to print to consumer packaging, Isabelle has worked extensively in the United States, Japan and Europe. A native of France who received her education in art and art history at the University of Lille, Isabelle soon made her way to New York where she developed a taste for bagels, knishes and New Yorkers-one of whom she later married. Her client list is a collection of the saviest names in advertising, retail, publishing and entertainment. She's worked for everyone from The New Yorker to Barneys to British Airways. She has received recognition from American Illustration, Communication Arts, Print and The Society of Publication Designers and has had several exhibitions in New York and Tokyo. Her work is also part of MOMA's permanent collection. Isabelle now lives with her husband and two children in San Francisco.
