Hiroshi was born in Tokyo, and spent his boyhood in the suburbs of San Francisco. He studied illustration at a famous fashion art institutions Setsu Mode Seminar.

 He uses watercolor for his illustrations, which are sophisticated and chic. He also creates images of sweet animals and children to be used in children’s books.  Working with a variety of materials, he is now moving into the world of short-film animation.
